Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns via (Google AdWords, PPC advertising, Display advertising and remarketing).
- Managing Surgical affairs’ social media organic and paid social media marketing via (Facebook, Instagram and other channels) aimed towards conversions and using audience targeting techniques.
- Performing e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Creating and distributing online marketing literature.
- Maintaining the Surgical Affairs section in RCSI’s website.
- Using search engine optimization (SEO).
- Using digital marketing analytics to measure and report on the performance of all the digital campaigns.
- Taking responsibility periodically for ad-hoc marketing projects.
- Preparing ad-hoc presentations and drafting marketing proposals.
- Ensuring application of RCSI brand guidelines in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
- Complying with statutory legislation in furtherance of own and general staff welfare and safety.
- Representing the best interests of RCSI at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in taking ownership of discrete programmes of activity.
- Extensive experience in using (Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook ads).
- Proficient knowledge of using e-mail marketing automation platforms.
- Deep experience with (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in unstructured and complex business environment.
- Ability to focus on delivering programme objectives while managing costs.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skillsets.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English.
