Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns via (Google AdWords, PPC advertising, Display advertising and remarketing).
• Managing Surgical affairs’ social media organic and paid social media marketing via (Facebook, Instagram and other channels) aimed towards conversions and using audience targeting techniques.
• Performing e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Creating and distributing online marketing literature.
• Maintaining the Surgical Affairs section in RCSI’s website.
• Using search engine optimization (SEO).
• Using digital marketing analytics to measure and report on the performance of all the digital campaigns.
• Taking responsibility periodically for ad-hoc marketing projects.
• Preparing ad-hoc presentations and drafting marketing proposals.
• Ensuring application of RCSI brand guidelines in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
• Complying with statutory legislation in furtherance of own and general staff welfare and safety.
• Representing the best interests of RCSI at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in taking ownership of discrete programmes of activity.
• Extensive experience in using (Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook ads).
• Proficient knowledge of using e-mail marketing automation platforms.
• Deep experience with (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in unstructured and complex business environment.
• Ability to focus on delivering programme objectives while managing costs.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skillsets.
• Fluent in written and spoken business English.
