Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the digital marketing content plan and social media with a focus on SEO.
• Liaise with relevant parties in a house to gather content.
• SEO of content and adding pieces to the site using the WordPress system.
• Post and publish content on a social network.
• Oversee the social media.
• Actively determine competitors and best of breed online marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Supervise and analyze website traffic to constantly improve performance.
• Constant oversee user flow, to ensure excellent user experience in terms of website usability, customer service and prompt response.
• Lead the targeted campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, viral marketing and other campaigns), content and landing pages to increase conversions.
• Head the database and customer relationship and using the web to drive engagement with existing and new customers.
• Obtain the client information and contact forms and existing client contacts for purposes of building relationships and upselling services.

Job Requirements:

• Effective working experience in digital marketing.
• Solid skills in branding, social media marketing, SEO and copywriting are desirable.
• Proficient experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Proven track record in leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Expert understanding of the importance of market research and understanding our marketplace.
• Sound project management skills and attention to detail is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Interested in following the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Great written English with a flair for creative writing.
• Extremely motivated and well able to work independently on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
• A passion for the web with sound business sense and a commercial outlook.
• Ability to identify and implement the most effective activities to drive traffic to the website and convert visitors to customers.
• The ability to manage and interpret web analytics and apply them to constantly improve and optimize the performance of the website and web presence.
