Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the SEO strategy and work in collaboration with design to ensure the website structure is optimized for search engines.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy, create internal visibility and oversee the operational plan for advancing our content engine and contributing to our growth goals.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, driving continuous optimization.
• Conduct ongoing tests to gauge content effectiveness.
• Cooperate with the paid acquisition on the development of content that performs well and with product marketing on content to support lifecycle marketing.
• Manage centralized editorial calendar and staff to reach KPI’s.
• Perform annual content audits and oversee ongoing maintenance of the content library.
• Lead cross-functional content council meetings, brainstorm sessions.
• Interact with the product team to develop product strategy and consider risks, costs and tradeoffs.
• Manage and optimize user lifecycle content e-mails to activate and retain customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience overall digital/social marketing, specifically building audiences for online content through (social media, digital marketing and SEO activity).
• Deep understanding of various marketing channels including Google and Facebook with their (respective ad products, email, push and events).
• Proficient experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Effective knowledge of testing practices including A/B and multivariate.
• Expert understanding of a wide range of content growth tools and tactics.
• Extremely data-driven and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate strategies and tactics that generate results across earned, paid and owned media in digital marketing programs.
