Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CPA and CPO across (display, search and paid social).
- Set up digital marketing toolkit to drive acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Build strong reporting and forecasting tools on core KPIs to make analytically founded suggestions for campaigns.
- Evaluate and analyze user behavior across entire journey and re-engage users at various points of the funnel.
- Cooperate closely with product team to improve SEO and on product conversions.
- Retain and re-engage users via impactful newsletter campaigns.
- Create a creative calendar and work closely with other teams, freelancers and agencies to design assets needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of accelerating conversion and identifying new conversion opportunities through SEO and digital marketing.
- Proficient working knowledge of using (MailChimp, SendGrid, Google and Heap analytics).
- Expert track record in A/B testing and email marketing.
- Advanced understanding of executing performance-driven digital media campaigns and efficiently hit client metrics.
- Solid working skills in using (MS Office).
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong attention to details and confidence with analytics and numbers.
- Ability to work as a part of a team with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multi-projects to meet deadlines successfully.
