Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a brand, marketing and social media strategy for ELM.
  • Supervise marketing agency and PR relationships.
  • Direct the measurable brand awareness for ELM.
  • Report on campaign KPI’s to leadership team.
  • Organize and manage a strong marketing team.
  • Supervise copywriters to ensure that voice and tone are always on point and on the brand.
  • Collect customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Assure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels, and work with sales team to ensure that sales communications are also consistent with the brand.
  • Provide website strategy and optimization including optimizing web and ebook lead forms and assist the Sales team with follow-up strategy for leads.
  • Determine clear SEO strategy (building on the existing strategy) and implement and measure results.
  • Perform and oversee marketing events and event strategy.
  • Head the events and campaigns to ensure execution is within budget and all projects remain on time.
  • Present marketing budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years B2B marketing and/or marketing agency experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, economics, psychology or general business strongly preferred.
  • Effective experience in B2B client facing and partnership or partner channel.
  • Proficient work experience as a digital marketing manager or marketing director in B2B environment.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital learning B2B space.
  • Deep Analytics experience and reporting skills.
  • Proven understanding of SEO, SEM and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and Linkedin paid campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of web design, UI, A/B testing and HTML.
