Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the marketing automation systems.
- Work as the primary owner and contact for Pardot.
- Create, execute, test and measure campaigns in the system.
- Build trigger, drip and nurture campaigns.
- Improve segmentation and grow database essential to audience and persona targeting.
- Control the database and build opt-in lists, ensure prospect and lead data is clean and accurate.
- Enhance the Website for conversion.
- Aid with SEO optimization.
- Design landing pages and post blogs and dynamic content.
- Perform social media campaigns and measure across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- Develop employee engagement across social channels.
- Support dialog on social channels with prospects, customers and influencers.
- Set the digital advertising programs to develop brand awareness and generate demand in trade and national publications.
- Utilize AdWords, re-targeting, SEO, social media, display and content marketing platforms.
- Establish reporting, dashboards and CMO level dashboards.
- Examine and measure the results of tactics, campaigns and programs.
- Provide the report on KPIs and marketing ROI.
- Execute recommendations for strategy, infrastructure and programmatic investments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred.
- Proficient experience with advertising platforms for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Deep experience with Google Analytics.
- Proven knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
- expert understanding of marketing automation system management (such as Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot).
- Demonstrated experience in CRM (such as Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of graphical Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills verbal, written and data.
- Numbers-driven approach to marketing focused on metrics and outcomes.
- Familiarity with gathering and interpreting data across social media channels, web and email.
- Effective experience with PPC, remarketing, and online display advertising campaigns.
- High ability to deal with Website content management systems (Django) and account-based marketing a plus.
