Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the senior marketing manager, head of sales and other key business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing communications that support department and company-wide revenue goals.
  • Improve and implement cross-channel communications including but not limited to email, paid search, paid media, sponsorships, barter deals and events (both proprietary and external) that promote enterprise-wide initiatives including enhancing the company’s visibility and prestige among target audiences.
  • Maintain and optimize salesforce pardot to create, track and refine multi-channel marketing automation journeys that acquire and nurture leads for sales.
  • Head innovative, effective marketing programs and measure ROI to continuously improve methods.
  • Collude cross-functionally with creative services, technology, consumer marketing and operations to successfully execute all details of marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Recommend strategies for engagement and growth of current customers and collaborate with the senior marketing manager, B2B to implement.
  • Organize with internal and external resources and stakeholders across all business units (marketing, events, marketing operations, finance, IT and attend all relevant meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or business preferred.
  • At least 4 years experience in digital or direct response marketing.
  • Effective experience working with Salesforce Pardot, or similar B2B marketing automation tool and managing marketing automation programs.
  • Proficient broad marketing experience managing cross-channel campaigns and a good understanding of the nuances between channels.
  • Expert working experience with Salesforce, Google AdWords and various social media platforms. (Twitter, Business LinkedIn, Google Plus, Facebook).
  • Deep experience in using Hubspot, or similar inbound marketing and sales software.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams. (B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated understands tenets of effective copywriting and graphic design.
  • Solid organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Wide knowledge of change and working in a face-paced environment.
  • Expert working understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Advanced working skills in using Salesforce Pardot or similar B2B marketing automation tool and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with setting priorities and altering objectives quickly.
