Job Responsibilities:
- Support in attaining sales and contribution margin objectives for the business via digital marketing.
- Operate with Schneider Electric distributors to implement the different digital marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and provide a comprehensive e-marketing product data and tools based on the requirements from targeted e-commerce platforms (distributors and traditional distributors also selling online).
- Plan, propose and jointly implement e-marketing campaigns with product marketing managers and e-commerce team.
- Produce monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
- Accountable for preparing the continuous improvements action plan (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing and Google analytics).
- Examine major competitor moves, value chain and business model.
- Head the preparation of e-commerce communication internally and externally for topics related to product launches and digital transformation.
- Create and implement a digital platform for sales training.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent degree.
- At least 5 years experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising.
- Deep understanding of comprehensive e-marketing product data and tools (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing and Google Analytics).
- Proven knowledge of the e-marketing KPIs and having a general understanding of web analytics.
- Familiarity with implementing marketing campaigns and demand generation activity.
- Effective experience in developing comprehensive marketing actions plans.
- Proficient experience in developing customer-centric approaches.
