Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, analyze and optimize all digital marketing activities.
• Cooperate with clients and Mutant’s content and PR teams to create aligned communications across all channels (onsite, social, mobile, stores) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages.
• Manage and execute the project to ensure all digital performance-driven marketing activities are delivered according to the clients budget and timelines, achieving established KPIs.
• Follow and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (social, email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, etc.) according to scope, and recommend necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.
• Direct the day-to-day digital marketing campaign optimization.
• Operate with affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and negotiate commissions, build relationships, ensuring the correct and timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Associate in relevant business development pitch opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance-driven marketing roles (agency environment preferred).
• Effective experience in implementing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns for clients (please be as detailed as possible in your resume application, indicating results you’ve personally driven for key campaigns).
• Deep knowledge of paid digital media marketing channels, web and social analytics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data-driven reports.
• Solid command of the English language.
• The ability to confidently articulate digital strategies to clients, educating them on the effectiveness of each campaign.
• High ability to provide training and mentorship to junior Mutant colleagues.
