Job Responsibilities:
- Control the all paid search programs, including budgets, reporting, and account management.
- Continually enhance acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and the overall media mix.
- Improve and manage engaging remarketing and acquisition programs for display and paid social media.
- Head the consumer email marketing strategy along with the Sr. digital marketing specialist.
- Direct the digital marketing analyst to improve insights and reporting to all levels of the business.
- Lead all third-party software installed on EmbracePetInsurance.com via Google Tag manager.
- Produce sales and KPI forecasts against all marketing channels.
- Promote a marketing automation program.
- Manage all A/B and multi-variant testing for paid campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an agency or brand focusing on lead gen.
- Deep understanding of Google services (Google Analytics, Google Display Network, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize).
- Effective experience in current SEO tactics and best practices.
- Familiarity with the Facebook Ads platform.
- Proven track record in paid search platforms and strategies (Google AdWords and Bing Ads).
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, analytics and reporting.
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Expert knowledge of what drives pet owners (preferably, you’d be a pet owner yourself).
- Novice marketing automation experience preferred.
- Solid leadership and organizational skills.
- Analytics background preferred.
