Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and execute a comprehensive and cohesive digital strategy across multiple digital platforms in order to achieve business goals.
  • Show excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques to lead all aspects of digital strategy development.
  • Create and execute campaigns, programs, and emails in the Marketing Automation Platform and Marketo.
  • Use Marketo and Salesforce.com to manage current customer contacts, upload sourced lists, capture, generate new contacts, and grow the marketable contact database, while improving segmentation and targeting of audiences.
  • Support and manage lead and contact record activities including lead cleanup, de-duplication, unread lead reporting, lead inbox support, assignment, and data normalization, as well as improving lead follow up processes with the sales team.
  • Run lead generation activities including overseeing management and reporting of various lead sources including Dodge Reports, Avention D&B, etc.
  • Control processes for high email deliverability, reputation (sender score) and overall performance.
  • Design engaging, responsive HTML email and landing page templates.
  • Promote web content to improve Search Engine Optimization, making www.stanleycss.com the leading destination for learning about security topics and generating leads.
  • Analyze and analyze website content and analytics for areas that need to be improved or revised and make changes to increase performance.
  • Produce SEO expertise for keyword research, reporting, backlink campaigns, conversion goals, on-page site optimization, social media, local search, image and video optimization, digital asset optimization, and mobile search for clients of multiple industries.
  • Head performance reporting in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Conductor Searchlight.
  • Organize and maintain partnerships with third-party search and web agencies to implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.
  • Oversee online campaigns regularly and make recommendations on goals to improve key performance metrics and drive revenue.
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google AdWords, Adroll ad retargeting, LinkedIn, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Understood audience targeting techniques across digital platforms to improve targeting effectiveness of all paid media channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in Microsoft Suites.
  • Deep working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms including Eloque, Marketo, Hub Spot, Pardot, Salesforce, CRM and CMS.
  • Effective experience in Google Analytics, Google Search console and Google Adwords.
  • Expert working knowledge of digital space including demand generation, ad retargeting, email marketing, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and influence our customers.
  • Sound time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate data and metrics to make business decisions.
  • Ability to build email and landing pages in HTML.
