Digital Marketing Manager

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Boston, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand in hand with our commercial and product strategists on inbound and performance marketing plans.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the digital marketing budget allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the content production process, from editorial meetings, through feedback rounds.
  • Design and execute a content distribution strategy for a variety of digital channels.
  • Examine data to optimize every stage of the conversion funnel, assessing both internal and agency-run programs.
  • Lead digital marketing tools for Analytics, CRM, Social, Search, Email, Push Notifications, etc.
  • Report on the daily, weekly and monthly results and create recommendations to the commercial and product teams.
  • Create and own multi-channel attribution model across paid, organic and other online/offline customer acquisition levers.
  • Perform A/B testing and run an overall Test/Harvest approach for optimizing the media mix and collaborate with an external agency to manage the paid media spend.
  • Work as the “voice of the customer” and continually feed key learnings to increase product sales and customer engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Effective experience in native app and marketing and web analytics. Expert with Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Expert knowledge of owned media: Email, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Apps.
  • Deep knowledge of paid Ads: Mobile, Web, Video, SEM, Affiliate, Referrals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of earned Media: SEO, Virality and Word of Mouth.
  • Effective experience with campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing and marketing ROI calculation.
  • Proficient experience with functional analysis, wireframes and scoring models.
  • Familiarity with managing large data sets (eg. Excel, SQL) and communicating how data drives your decisions.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, persistent, and sense of urgency
  • Strong skills in multitasking and agility are a must.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
  • Solid interpersonal skills – proficient in both written and verbal communications.
  • Sound success in problem-solving – must be creative, innovative
  • Ability to organize and prioritize and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and quickly form action plans to exploit market opportunities.
