Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the optimization of web and landing pages utilizing analytics and CX data to modify or create new experiences that serve customers.
- Develop and improve various social media profiles including (Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and Google MyBusiness).
- Manage and evaluate the strategy and setup of in-house paid digital media campaigns to support all areas of business, some interfacing with external agencies.
- Responsible for analytics and reporting to measure how marketing activity turns into customers and yields insights.
- Manage of tracking pixels, tags and integrations.
- Owen buyer marketplace profile management including (RangeMe, Repositrax and Thomas.net).
- Manage digital content and content strategy including (editorial calendar).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related experience.
- At least 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Proven personal interest in digital marketing, technology and the future of retail.
- Extensive working knowledge of using (Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Hubspot) or any other reporting and analytics tools.
- proficient experience in managing and creating online campaigns.
- Basic understanding of using (Adobe Creative Suite, A/B Testing and e-commerce stores) is a huge plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker that utilizes real data to inform all decisions.
- Effective time and project management skills.
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
