Digital Marketing Specialist

Certona is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook andGoogle Plus).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies.
  • Content strategy and writing (email/website copy, blog, whitepapers and e-Books).
  • Plan, execute and measure website experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end B2B customer buying funnel.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Create visually appealing presentations for senior-level executives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proficient experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Effective understanding of A/B and multivariate experiments utilizing A/B testing software.
  • Deep knowledge of using website analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, MOZ and Google Webmaster).
  • Advanced experience in setting up and optimizing (Google AdWords, LinkedIn and other digital advertising campaigns).
  • Basic experience in using (Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
