Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for everything digital (usability, user experience, websites, interactive experiences, email campaigns, social, media buy campaigns, etc.).
- Improve the strategy behind lead general funnels including the audience, KPIs, creative best practices, content best practices, CTAs, and measurement.
- Promote the strategy behind website personalization and journeys and tailoring all marketing channels with a specific message per customer segment.
- Provide reports and make recommendations based on data from paid search, paid display, paid social, and organic traffic.
- Execute SEO/SEM recommendations and use marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
- Communicate with design, content and interactive teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Build best practices in digital marketing.
- Keep up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science or similar degree.
- Effective working experience as a digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager.
- Proficient experience in website development to be comfortable enough to talk about technologies with confidence.
- Deep knowledge of SEO/ SEM, marketing automation software, and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Wide knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Sound coding experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
