Job Responsibilities:
- Assure smooth delivery of service to one of the most prestigious social media clients.
- Head multilingual associates supporting the client.
- Create and manage strong client relationships at director and stakeholder level.
- Focus, motivate and inspire team leads to drive performance in order to deliver against agreed KPI’s and targets.
- Produce leadership, coaching, 1-2-1s, and mentoring for team leaders to build on their strengths, drive the right behaviors and develop them.
- Lead the quality control team ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage weekly client review meetings.
- Communicate with SDM regularly and attend client meetings.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in leading teams is essential.
- Proven track record in BPO space.
- Strong tech savvy and happy to learn new technology products.
- Solid reporting skills preferred.
- Extremely communicative, flexible, open-minded and with a consultative approach.
- Sound problem-solving skills.
- A pro-active approach.
- Powerful business acumen, ideally with global experience.
