Job Responsibilities:

• Assure smooth delivery of service to one of the most prestigious social media clients.
• Head multilingual associates supporting the client.
• Create and manage strong client relationships at director and stakeholder level.
• Focus, motivate and inspire team leads to drive performance in order to deliver against agreed KPI’s and targets.
• Produce leadership, coaching, 1-2-1s, and mentoring for team leaders to build on their strengths, drive the right behaviors and develop them.
• Lead the quality control team ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage weekly client review meetings.
• Communicate with SDM regularly and attend client meetings.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in leading teams is essential.
• Proven track record in BPO space.
• Strong tech savvy and happy to learn new technology products.
• Solid reporting skills preferred.
• Extremely communicative, flexible, open-minded and with a consultative approach.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• A pro-active approach.
• Powerful business acumen, ideally with global experience.
