Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight on all aspects of client’s paid social and digital efforts.
- Examine the results and make optimization recommendations while the media is live and use historical data to improve results for the next buying cycle.
- Provide and communicate report findings and metrics in an easy to understand and actionable way.
- Accountable for overall media objectives, budget and strategies that fulfill clients’ business goals.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for “out of the box” media plans and ideas when called upon.
- Keep abreast of media landscape changes that are applicable to our clients in the social and digital spaces.
- Create and troubleshoot technical aspects relating to our tracking methodology.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in paid social and digital media marketing.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager and various social platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated understanding of TapClicks or a similar reporting dashboard.
- Effective experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Slides and similar programs.
- Strong understanding of the difference between branding and direct response to social initiatives.
- Proven track record in planning and executing ad campaigns on a mix of the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Proficient work experience in corporate and agency social media environment.
