Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis site daily to check for accuracy and identify opportunities for on-site optimization through improved customer experience.
• Organize new seasons’ product lead sheet and update with in-transit warehouse reports.
• Cooperate with the production team to get all product information including fit, specs, fabrics, etc.
• Insert all approved product information and images into website back-end.
• Properly mark all products with seasonal attributes.
• Design image catalogs for all e-commerce imagery.
• Improve best in class customer service protocols.
• Solve all day-to-day all customer service questions and requests.
• Oversee order shipping and inventory transfers, as well as customer returns.
• Coordinate all e-commerce orders daily based on credits received.
• Aid A/R team with credit and refund issues related to e-commerce orders.
• Perform ASNs for a warehouse to properly check merchandise back into stock.
• Operate order maintenance such as applying promotional discounts, editing, canceling orders, returns, credits and no stock orders.
• Proactively explore opportunities to suggest merchandise and enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
• Collaborate with logistics team to resolve any shipping and packaging issues.
• Assure all orders are properly transmitting between back-end systems.
• Supervise all orders in third-party warehouse system to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.
• Play as a brand ambassador with extensive knowledge of brand policies and procedures.
• Efficiently increase any complex issues that may arise to result in benefitting solutions for the customer and company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Effective knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Proven working experience in MS programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Values teamwork and high ability to work independently.
• Great ability to multitask, problem solver and learn quickly is a must.
• Interested in growing and evolving with our brand.
