Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in area of responsibility.
• Subject for promoting employee productivity and accuracy.
• Oversee daily activity of all assigned employees.
• Teach new employees and continue training as needed for operations and lift certification.
• Organize the sorting of packing slips and the loading of those packing slips to the pick carts for effective and quality picking activity.
• Support inventory of all picking and cart related supplies.
• Organize the packing of all direct to consumer orders.
• Sustain and report the inventory of all packing supplies to management.
• Operate all value added services such as gift wrap and priority pack outs.
• Liaise with Ops manager on carrier schedules for given forecasts.
• Cooperate with the operations manager to prioritize customer orders; ensuring shipment of all orders by an assigned carrier.
• Connect with the manager and DC 11 team on issues involving cases with discrepancies or no ASN.
• Execute weight check, Image Check, and if necessary, QA for all inbound shipments.
• Head of all inventory control responsibilities including cycle counts, slotting, exceptions, returns, and other activities as required by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1- year experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Deep working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Expert knowledge of hand (RF) scanners and experience using WMOS.
• Skillful at multi-tasking and able to react quickly to frequent priority shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid state issued a drivers license.
• Available to work consecutive days in a row during peak season.
• Great leadership ability, developing staff and associates to be high performers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule while maintaining a good attendance record.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to forty pounds.
• The ability to stand and work for long periods of time during shift including daily overtime as needed.
