Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of analyses to identify trends, issues and opportunities across the e-commerce sites.
- Gather requirements and track timelines for multiple developments and analytics projects.
- Cooperate cross-functionally with content, technology, product, retention and acquisition teams to deliver actionable insights, in order to further increase revenue, spend efficiency and margin.
- Document internal processes to help find opportunities for improvement.
- Develop standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability.
- Provide business-related questions answers through exploratory data analyses and ad-hoc reporting.
- Analyze A/B (multivariate) tests to drive KPI improvements.
- Identify KPI goals, data requirements and data visualization/reporting needs.
- Provide data and analysis in a way that addresses the most important business questions facing TAP.
- Collaborate with the technology team to optimize data tracking and quality.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to drive optimization strategy through to execution.
- Perform existing site analytics traffic and conversion metrics related to revenue and traffic
- Manage analytics training, troubleshooting and data facilitation.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in performing analysis for an e-commerce or internet company.
- Advanced understanding of performance analytics (conversion rate optimization, ROI analysis and market structure analysis/framework).
- Extensive experience in working across the fundamentals of the analytics process (data collection, reporting, insights generation and optimizations).
- Proficient working skills with analytics platforms such as (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target and Google Tag Manager).
- Expert knowledge of creating, operating and analyzing multiple simultaneous A/B and multivariate tests.
- Deep working skills in writing complex queries on large data sets.
- Familiarity with the concepts and terminology of marketing and business analysis.
- Solid aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills including forecasting, predictive modeling and performance marketing analysis.
