Job Responsibilities:
- Run revenue and conversion strategies by creating optimized product listings. These strategies include SEO, UX, data analytics and more.
- Accountable for the creation of online stores and product listings across online channels such as websites, Amazon and eBay.
- Lead a team of ~4 digital content specialists including recruiting, developing, performance management and coaching.
- Head the product details page creation and quality assurance process for new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on solving issues that are impacting business performance.
- Examine website and marketplace performance data to implement and measure logical, data-driven optimizations that can be leveraged across all clients.
- Assure the team is informed, motivated, resourced and prioritized around the projects and tasks that matter most based on the needs of the business.
- Cooperate across functions to help build and refine the business process.
- Associate in regular business reviews providing key metrics and insights on the Merchandising team’s function and ongoing results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, communications, or relevant area of study required.
- Effective experience managing a team with responsibility for hiring and performance development.
- Solid creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to seek out and address root causes.
- Proficient experience in e-commerce, working with a catalog of 500+ SKUs.
- Expert knowledge of creative technology systems and software, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Extreme detail and results orientation.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Great team player and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced working environment.
