Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for tracking shipments from pick up through deliveries.
• Head to see new opportunities for optimizing operations and cost savings.
• Promote and communicate to resolve problems for all logistics operations.
• Operate with daily administrative tasks.
• Assure that goods are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Examine and resolve data support stores and warehouses in the day to day areas of logistics.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position within the Logistics field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, V-Look Up and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient knowledge in dealing with U.S. Customs Border Protection.
• Deep working understanding with transport vendors within the US.
• Demonstrated math skills.
• Proven experience with textile airfreight import.
• Solid analytic problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Effective experience with textile sea and airfreight import and export
• Spanish Language speaking skills is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High ability to execute daily tasks in compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
• Great ability to meet deadlines.
