Job Responsibilities:

• Develop e-commerce strategy and creates e-channel as a prominent channel for sales.
• Define strategy and capability requirements and drive sustainable ecommerce support infrastructure including implementation of appropriate systems and processes.
• Manage e-commerce sites from build to implementation and beyond, proposing further developments and upgrades of e-commerce sites.
• Manage and own the merchandising of the sites, tracking and responding to online sales progress, product availability and margins to maximize sales growth and profitability.
• Undertake sales and traffic analysis to proactively identifying incremental sales and profit opportunities for the e-commerce site.
• Report to the management team on a monthly basis, providing accurate information on sales activity and profitability as well as discussing problems/opportunities in existence.
• Monitor and analyze site performance to make recommendations to improve performance, increase efficiencies and drive growth.
• Proactively respond to customer inquiries and facilitate the flow of data to enable decisions between internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Troubleshoot both technical and non-technical consumer issues.
• Manage the relationship with the warehouse to improve order path processes and optimize the customer experience.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators; communicate outperformance and process improvements based on fact-based business intelligence.
• Ensure plans are in place to ensure consistent performance through normal business, seasonality, and new product introduction peaks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in an e-commerce related role.
• Proficient experience with order entry and processing systems.
• Expert knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce related tools.
• Effective IT technical skills related to managing e-commerce site.
• Strong working skills of using MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of (QAD and Cyberquery) are a plus.
• Solid time and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
