Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to develop the strategic direction of the e-commerce roadmap.
- Improve and review quality assurance standards regarding e-commerce delivery systems to ensure policies and processes are in compliance with laws, compliance guidance and security standards.
- Manage and develop enhancements for e-commerce marketing channels.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and plans for increasing customer usage of e-commerce delivery channels, marketing platforms, related media, affiliate channels and sales objectives.
- Facilitates digital marketing development from concept to production in coordination with third party business partners, affiliates and agencies.
- Perform a strategy for ensuring the conversion rate optimization.
- Take control of the vendor relationships to ensure service, efficiency, value and brand standards are met.
- Support on-going marketing programs and serves as an internal subject matter expert in the digital marketing and e-commerce field.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven e-commerce experience.
- Proficient experience in determining current and future e-commerce trends, as well as planning, forecasting and building e-commerce programs to build sales.
- Advanced understanding of using (Google analytics software, Google Adwords and Webmaster Tools).
- Effective working knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Expert computer skills including using of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Solid knowledge of ATG is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a multitude of projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
