E-Commerce Manager

The Citizenry is looking for an E-Commerce Manager. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a roadmap for both front-end and back-end website developments, including project specifications, timelines and budgets for all stakeholders.
  • Define and execute technology vision for all e-commerce channels, emphasis on mobile.
  • Present a seamless online experience using CRO principles to maximize revenue growth.
  • Oversee long-term digital strategy while leading day-to-day site enhancements with the team.
  • Manage and take control of the A/B testing process, from implementation to individual test structure and reporting.
  • Manage technology investments, including identification of partners.
  • Lead and manage the internal team of two, along with day-to-day management of all external agencies.
  • Manage project plans and day-to-day, keeping conversion rate top of mind at all times.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to continue to build a top-tier digital team with a collaborative mindset.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven e-commerce experience at a leading retail brand.
  • Proficient experience with e-commerce platforms such as (Shopify, Magento and Demandware).
  • Expert understanding of development methodologies and expertise in digital project management.
  • Extensive experience in dealing with (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and webmaster tools).
  • Deep working knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and UX design, including wireframe development.
  • Basic marketing/branding and HTML background is a huge plus.
  • Results-oriented leader with the ability to work cross-functionally across an organization.
  • Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
