Job Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce by updating product information and content on the website and catalog of products including but not limited to adding new products and handling changes or updates.
• Take control and manage product images library and media objects.
• Support selection and development of product and content for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for product display on the company website and swiftly handle glitches and functional errors.
• Manage the update, edits or changes in product content.
• Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
• Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.
• Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
• Manage product support and communication with all necessary departments.
• Collaborate with IT, e-commerce team and e-commerce and marketing managers to set roadmap and execute site optimizations, enhancements and new functionality.
• Oversee product performance and identify any issues and make improvements that impact sales and customer satisfaction.
• Perform and present reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions via (reports, analytics and surveys).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or another related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer care and/or product administrator.
• Proven experience in administering product data and digital platforms.
• Proficient experience with updating web content in e-commerce platforms such as (Magento and WordPress) is required.
• Effective working knowledge of using analytics and reporting tools such as (Google Webmaster and Google Analytics).
• Strong working skills in using (MS Office).
• Novice experience in using packages (Photoshop).
• Basic understanding of dealing with (HTML) is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
