Job Responsibilities :

• Describe and manage e-commerce strategy across all products and online assets in support of overall business growth and revenue targets.
• Direct e-commerce platform and ensure high-quality functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement initiatives to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and positive customer sentiment.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of websites sales, methods, costs and results.
• Oversee daily web operations and e-commerce strategies to ensure all projects support the brand strategy and provide to the growth.
• Private customer experience, monitor performance and propose continuous improvements based on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations.
• Supervises daily web development to ensure a frictionless consumer experience for both new and returning consumers.
• Identify and recommend emerging trends and advancements in order to drive new business opportunities with a focus on ROI.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in e-commerce, customer care and/or product administrator.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in either direct e-commerce or fields related to technology and consumer shopping online.
• Expertise in using web technologies, web programming languages, web page design/layout and website performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills to develop fact-based analysis to inform business decisions.
• Powerful experience with digital commerce tools for optimizing web site experience.
• Advanced experience building and maintaining trusting relationships across the board with stakeholders, including business leadership as well as consumer, retail, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills with experience in presenting findings to all levels of the organization.
