Job Responsibilities:
- Determine customers’ needs and desires by specifying and executing the research needed to obtain market information.
- Determine the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
- Collaborate closely with development and UI/UX teams to achieve the above-stated goals.
- Perform A/B tests website functions, format and features to drive increased conversion.
- Obtain product market share by working with sales director and marketing director to develop the on-going strategy.
- Research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
- Cooperate closely with the company’s agency partner to determine areas of opportunity and weaknesses then devise and test countermeasures to lift conversions and revenue.
- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term online sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with (sales, marketing, and development).
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of direct e-commerce platform management.
- Proficient experience of using analytics platforms such as (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target and Google Tag Manager).
- Effective working knowledge of (forecasting, predictive modeling and performance marketing analysis).
- Strong experience in using MS Office.
- Solid project and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
