Job Responsibilities:

• Develop customer experience.
• Direct sales revenue to hit targets.
• Accountable for coaching and managing junior merchandisers.
• Responsible for increasing conversion by improving on-site search and navigation and product information architecture.
• Cooperate with both category and acquisition manager to identify which product and categories perform best and to identify and utilize opportunities to drive revenue and increase conversion.
• Promote, manage and implement the product information architecture in cooperation with managers to optimize the customer journey and conversion.
• Design insights into customer behavior and buying and share findings with stakeholders to increase revenue.
• Oversee the allocation of stock to the web store to ensure availability whilst forecasting order and item picks for the distribution center and store picking teams.
• Examine customer behavior and sales, to better understand customer journeys and sales drivers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years e-commerce experience.
• Expert knowledge of the latest online technologies, industry and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated understanding of online merchandising techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment (online team) within a larger corporation.
• Ability to take initiative with a positive, “problem-solving” attitude.
• Ability to multitask and ensure flawless execution with excellent attention to detail.
