Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily online sales in line with the plan to achieve targets.
- Assure full execution.
- Support promo and advertising strategy as needed.
- Develop online presence, that of which drives growth.
- Manage and analyze e-commerce-related metrics (CR%, AVT, Units, Visits, Buying Customers).
- Ensure eStore activities are in line with the brand image and equity.
- Enhance Path to Purchase inside the Spagetti.
- Main KPI’s – eStore Sell OUT Sales (Conversion rate, AVT and CPD share of Visits vs Category).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, sales operations and business development is a plus.
- Effective knowledge of beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Driven, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
- Preferably someone who can start in July 2018.
