Job Responsibilities:
- Support international and domestic sales and marketing teams content management initiatives to include promotions and brand-related content.
- Be sure that all development projects are added to (JIRA) project Management system and that projects are prioritized based on the e-commerce group.
- Execute call center chat, knowledge base, call back features and reviews.
- Maintain and test Ad trafficking and CPC programs with 3rd party partners.
- Test and monitor all 3rd party tags such as (Dialogue Tech, FB, Google and Ad Server).
- Oversee data integrations with (SalesForce, Epsilon and NVS).
- Test delivered enhancements (UAT) by acting as an intermediary between e-commerce and the development teams.
- Perform site audits for images, copy, promotions and other content related material.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, marketing or any equivalent combination.
- At least 2 years of proven experience with e-commerce B2C & B2B sites.
- Extensive experience in tag management and web analytics (Tealium, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
- Effective knowledge of content management systems such as (Ektron, Drupal and WordPress).
- Deep understanding of Adobe CS (Photoshop and Dreamweaver).
- Basic experience of (HTML and CSS jQuery)
- Familiarity with ( JIRA) project management system is a plus.
