Job Responsibilities:

• Support management and execution of promotional calendar for site and e-mail.
• Collaborate with internal web creative, product development and web developers to (brief, kick off, set up, test and execute) effective, accurate email and site campaigns on a daily or weekly basis.
• Production of the website and email to ensure a superior user experience.
• Execute email campaign set up, testing and timely scheduling.
• Support changes on the website through participation in user testing, promo code setups and development of business requirements.
• Owns the documentation, maintenance and communication of the monthly or weekly site and email content delivery schedule.
• Ensures accuracy on an on-going basis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience with e-commerce, email or digital.
• Proficient understanding of e-commerce platforms and (ESP) tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being detail-oriented to meet deadlines successfully.
