Job Responsibilities:

• Support in checking content for errors by proofreading, testing and maintaining the accuracy of web content in (WebSphere) commerce staging and production environments.
• Proof the daily production assets for the following day against production schedule and our content management system.
• Support email reporting to key stakeholders.
• Create and manage automated email programs.
• Develop new CRM emails and transactional emails.
• Assist in managing timelines and dependencies for publishing to the e-commerce sites.
• Support for morning site and email proofing for (Performancebike.com and Nashbar.com).
• Collaborate closely with web graphic designers and receive creative assets for coding.
• Work with e-commerce team and merchants by helping to coordinate, proof and load website and email pricing as needed.
• Support the senior e-commerce specialist by building web content and website promotions when needed.
• Liaison with merchandising, web graphics and IT teams for support as needed.
• Assist in creating documentation of department processes as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce operations, website production or digital advertising in a fast-paced work environment.
• Effective understanding of e-commerce analytics such as (IBM Digital Analytics, Coremetrics, Omniture or Google analytics).
• Effective working knowledge of using email service providers such as (Silverpop, IBM Watson Campaign Automation and Yesmail).
• Deep experience with e-commerce platforms such as (IBM WebSphere Commerce).
• Expert understanding of using project management tools such as (WorkFront, Trello and Jira).
• Solid working knowledge of email and web production techniques (HTML and CSS).
• Strong working skills in using (MS Office).
• Ability to carry out a multitude of tasks efficiently to meet deadlines successfully.
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
