Job Responsibilities:

• Assure that the website and mobile applications are user-friendly and intuitive through regular UATs, testing and introduction of new functionalities.
• Provide business requirements and specifications for new functionalities.
• Observe the accuracy of website functionalities.
• Cooperate with internal and external teams in the delivery of various functionalities on the website.
• Aid in managing vendors and partners such as payment centers, payment solution partners, OTAs and ancillary partners.
• Assist in managing various e-commerce squads.
• Review and respond to complaints and queries from Customer Care group.
• Support the documentation of the policies and procedures of various e-commerce projects and ensures that such policies are properly implemented by concerned departments.
• Superveise competitors’ e-commerce products on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, business studies, administration, management, science and technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 5 years experienced employees specializing in engineering, electronics, communication or equivalent.
• Effective experience with the airline.
• High passion for mobile, internet and other emerging technologies.
• Positive team player.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• High ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
