Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for online channel management for all products.
• Subject for product listings on different e-commerce marketplaces.
• FBA inventory and reimbursement reconciliation.
• Organize customer delivery, follow up with reviews and customer feedback.
• Operate with seller support for different marketplaces.
• Select and fulfill online orders.
• Perform shipping and delivery documentation.
• Supervise audits, maintaining warehouse space.
• Cooperate with marketing on campaign optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
• Minimum 1-year of experience in an e-commerce role.
• Effective computer skills in using (MS Office).
• Proven working knowledge of GMP.
• Proficient Saleforce.com experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with an ERP or inventory management system.
• Proven working knowledge of customer service.
• Deep experience in the food industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• High ability to work flexible hours.
