Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily activities on our online store.
- Discover all aspects of the e-commerce website and how it integrates with external and internal systems.
- Cooperate with an analyst to develop strategic insights.
- Scope and search to improve our website functionality and design at all times.
- Organize and prioritize feature development that integrates with major internal systems such as O’Cat (O’Reilly Electronic Catalog Database).
- Operate with IS to define business requirements for special projects by working with business segment leadership, functional managers, partners, and the development team.
- Aid in managing e-commerce road-map initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Expert knowledge of core concepts and tactics related to e-commerce.
- Minimum 2 years e-commerce and project management experience.
- Ability to understand the requirements and features necessary to support the technologies and processes needed to operate a successful e-commerce program.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
