Job Responsibilities:
- Build and execute e-mail campaigns process including creative, e-mail messaging development, campaign execution, analytics and reporting ensuring best practice is adhered to for hotel brands.
- Cooperate with the sales and marketing teams of the group brand to create targeted email campaigns that drive customer/subscriber retention, engagement and revenue.
- Create engaging content and continually test subject lines, content, call to actions and apply data-driven techniques to optimize email campaign performance.
- Support e-mail marketing manager with the management of our data management system.
- Improve campaign segmentation and offer dynamic content to improve engagement and revenue.
- Evaluate email marketing templates and copy while taking learnings to improve future campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generating and optimizing content within the travel industry or other similar industries (B2B and B2C) is preferred.
- Proficient working experience with e-mail marketing platforms such as (Dotmailer and Mailchimp).
- Effective understanding of using (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Webmaster tools).
- Expert knowledge of managing large amounts of data and email databases.
- Basic experience in dealing with (HTML and WordPress CMS).
- Intermediate knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite such as (Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design).
- Deep experience in using (MS Excel) and all of its tools and functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid presentation and organizational skills.
- Creative writing with meticulous grammar is essential.
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
