Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full life cycle of an e-mailing campaign from the conception of the idea to (testing, measuring and optimizing).
- Manage the step-by-step process of email campaigns including but not limited to coordination with design and editorial, defining template structure with marketing, structuring A/B tests, setting up campaign, delivery and reporting on results.
- Identify optimization opportunities for email components.
- Drive our strategy for subscriber acquisition and improve user experience and targeting for both online and offline.
- Follow e-mail and website analytics and use them to identify untapped areas for growth.
- Perform copywriting and work with our graphic designer to come up with creatives.
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability and file health following CAN-SPAM regulations
- Support retention programs via email build, audience targeting and testing.
- Generate email reports to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations on optimization opportunities.
- Develop new email procedures to be reviewed by marketing director for approval.
- Develop the deep understanding of campaign performance by running reports to track trends in email engagement metrics and financial performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across several departments to create email campaigns including template creation, calls-to-action, content and related landing pages and forms.
- Cooperate with UX and design teams to ensure templates are usable across platforms.
- Ensure digital marketing campaigns are configured properly across the marketing platforms to ensure analytics and reporting are available to marketing leadership.
- Work closely with marketing team on calendar planning, project prioritization and performance tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing working with a marketing team.
- Effective experience of e-mail marketing concepts and metrics such as (sender score, deliverability and sender reputation).
- Proficient experience with (Adobe Campaign and Analytics) for marketing campaign tracking and reporting.
- Advanced analytics experience conducting deep data dives, analysis and reporting are required.
- Expert understanding of analyzing and reporting on all email KPIs.
- Extensive knowledge of (CAN-SPAM and deliverability) best practices.
- Deep working skills of using logical functions, v-lookups and pivot tables of (MS Excel).
- Basic understanding of (HTML) to make edits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operate collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
