Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design and development team to create high-quality web apps.
• Create and develop testable production level code.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, or to improve its performance.
• Manage software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation.
• Develop and provide algorithms and data-structures to improve key business logic and processes.
• Provide alternatives to existing development practices and tools.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Optimize web pages and backend UIs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in RoR software development, coding, UI design and dynamic data-driven visualization including (maps, charts and graphs).
• Extensive experience in using (AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3+, JQuery and Bootstrap 3).
• Advanced working knowledge of (HTML5, SVG, CSS, JSON, XML and CSV data exchange formats).
• Deep experience with a variety of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as (D3, Dojo, GWT and jQuery).
• Proficient programming experience in using Javascript and another programming language such as (PHP, Java or Ruby).
• Expert understanding of responsive web design.
• Effective knowledge of designing and testing compatibility for cross-browser and cross-platform web applications.
• Superior experience in designing web applications for mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of development using (Git) version control.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Ability to manage multi-tasks and projects to meet deadlines successfully.
