Job Responsibilities:

• Run the ideation to create and deliver digital marketing campaign and assets across our communication channels.
• Cooperate with the marketing team to understand business challenges and convert ideas into reality to achieve business and communication objectives.
• Participate in raising the overall creative standards for the company.
• Provide sketches or ‘storyboards’ (media) or ‘roughs’ or ‘scamps’ (print) to communicate ideas.
• Lead the multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years professional design and creative experience.
• Effective start-up and e-commerce experience a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of the social, digital and post-everything world we’re living in.
• Solid communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate clearly and confidently i.e. explain concepts verbally and visual interpretation.
• Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A world-class eye for craft.
• Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and independent thinker who is willing to work collaboratively but still enjoy creating stuff with their own hands.
