Job Responsibilities:
- Take control of the creation, development and execution of original concepts for internal and external communication tools including, brand expanding initiatives, marketing campaigns, retail graphics, events, brand collateral, co-op advertising, event marketing and communications.
- Accountable to obtain all relevant information, technical specifications and timelines for each project.
- Produce and design creative assets according to the new brand guidelines and execution mandates.
- Plan and deliver final, print-ready layout in required format in a timely manner.
- Control all regional print production.
- Cooperate with global Creative Agency of Record to amplify or extend their work to new mediums.
- Present the input on external agencies as needed (e.g. printers, retouchers).
- Direct the development of standardized templates for core branded items (PowerPoint, invitations) and execute these on a consistent basis
- Responsible for adhering to project calendar with help of project manager, prioritizing daily workload as needed to guarantee timely and successful delivery of projects across a multitude of Business Units.
- Key strategic connection with global teams, managing and prioritizing multiple projects and time zones simultaneously.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant creative work experience.
- Effective experience in creative design is a must, ideally at an advertising and design firm or executing creative assets in-house for a luxury brand.
- Solid technical skills including design Illustrator.
- Familiarity with presentation formats notably Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Proven work experience in the luxury or fashion industry strongly preferred.
- Deep understand and pro-actively navigate a complex brand matrix from a creative point of view with many different business units, each with its own nuances.
- Ability to balance a multitude of simultaneously running creative projects at one time.
