Job Responsibilities:

• Imagine and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent promo banners and images to go in our partner resources.
• Continually develop and optimize the user experience for sites.
• Cooperate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy.
• Show design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Collude with product managers to solve problems with consideration to business and user needs.
• Obtain user feedback, carry out tests and make design improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design.
• Effective experience in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready and etc.).
• Demonstrated understanding of HTML, CSS and JQuery.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Solid communications skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
