Job Responsibilities:

• Examine and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of a home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
• Head (hands-on) the day-to-day optimization and expansion of all our paid campaigns (PPC, Display, Paid Social Media (FB, Instagram, Twitter), Ad Networks and ASO).
• Interpret ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
• Aid define the goals, success metrics, and key tactics for our driver engagement and marketing programs.
• Support source and manage marketing partnerships with events and organizations through offline and grassroots campaign.
• Control the driver communication from the time a driver applies to when they become an active part of our driver community through email, SMS and push notifications.
• Design communications and marketing campaigns to increase driver retention and engagement.
• Improve a calendar around major events, holidays, local happenings, partnerships, etc. in each driver community.
• Separate, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
• Stay abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
• Extract data from analytics tools and create performance reports and trackers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on growth experience managing online and offline channels.
• Effective experience in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment.
• Proficient experience with and track record of growing the user in hyper-local areas is a must have.
• Solid data-driven and analytical.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High ability to see the big picture while also prioritizing and focusing on the most important tasks at hand.
