Job Responsibilities:

• During the first month, the candidate will go through an intensive onboarding process to learn about the most essential growth marketing tactics, the company’s tools, process, and customers.
• Soon, the candidate will be introduced to his/her first projects, working together with Growth Marketing Manager and Growth Marketers on tasks ranging from research and planning to copywriting, graphic design, campaign setup, data analysis, CMS management, and more.
• Over the next several months, the candidate will gain significant hands-on experience in digital marketing and become eligible for promotion and marketing to the Growth Marketer.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a marketing/business analytics role.
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Fluency with IT
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and use them efficiently
• Great communication skills in English – written & verbal (minimum B2)
• At least being aware of basic graphic design skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great work ethic and self-motivation

Additional Requirements (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience with SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing
• Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, R, Tableau)
• Previous experience with WordPress CMS & landing page software
• Portfolio of online projects – websites, blogs, graphics, and articles (personal or professional)
• At least basic HTML/CSS and scripting skills (Python, and/or Javascript)
