• Improve and use of customized online support tools.
• Solve, test and maintain the core product software applications.
• Manage customer support queries in a timely manner.
• Design and implement projects.
• Aid define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Determine tasks and required resources.
• Collect and manage the project team.
• Build a schedule and project timeline.
• Supervise deliverables.
• Maintain and direct team.
• Oversee and report on project progress.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in software development.
• Effective working experience in PHP.
• Proficient experience with Bootstrap is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of databases and writing SQL scripts.
• Proven track record in code versioning tools such as GIT.
• Critical Thinker.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Self-starter.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Sound team player.
• Fluent in English.
• Capacity to learn quickly.
