Job Responsibilities:

• Produce application support, web and SharePoint development.
• Generate assistance with all facets of ICT infrastructure.
• Assure adherence to OLAs, SLAs and day to day management of external vendors in ICT staff in meeting organizational requirements.
• Design other sections and senior management on ICT strategy and service development as required.
• Secure on-going security of the network and data and manage the rollout of new hardware, software and services as required.
• Support relevant database and ICT systems.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT role, preferably some web development experience and knowledge of ASP.NET and SharePoint.
• A third level qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Effective experience of participating in systems and software rollouts.
• Proficient experience in managing user accounts, access permissions and rights in an active directory domain.
• Deep knowledge of managing backups and running restores.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Visio, Project, Acrobat and PowerPoint skills.
