Job Responsibilities:

• Manage user experience audits, reviews and heuristic evaluations.
• Imagine, design and conceptualize the user experience.
• Devise and run design human-centered workshops.
• Provide concepts and UX solutions.
• Understood product definition and user interface design requirements.
• Head the sketching sessions. Strong understanding of design research methodologies.
• Design detailed wireframes along with define interaction specifications and build a prototype.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, multimedia, information architecture, human-computer interaction, instructional, graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in this field.
• Demonstrated understanding of motion design, graphics, visuals, typography and illustrations
• Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Silverback, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Visio, Axure and/or other wireframing tools.
• Effective experience designing digital experiences web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient experience in agile development processes.
• Entrepreneurial/wild spirit combined with corporate know-how.
• Solid communication skills, able to design and run workshops.
• High sense of humor, fun to work with and digital guru.
