Marketing Account Manager

Harte Hanks is looking for a Marketing Account Manager in North Carolina, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate and develop long-term relationships with partners, agencies, stakeholders, and client sales teams.
  • Head key lines of business on digital programs from conception to deployment of the strategy and program.
  • Supervise existing program strategies and learn the program and offer ins and outs to continuously improve.
  • Assure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your projects.
  • Operate across digital channels provide solutions and ideas to help drive customer engagement.
  • Execute a customer lifecycle marketing plan and drive appropriate internal stakeholders and/or external partners to ensure customer enablement, software implementation, corporate adoption, expected usage, and software renewal occurs.
  • Design end-to-end digital experience from post-sale through renewal to drive customer adoption utilizing marketing automation, digital advertising, social media, web strategy and support communities.
  • Use analytics to advise sales account executives about future business opportunities and accurate account information.
  • Deliver key learnings, identify opportunities and implement changes that will drive significant revenue growth.
  • Liaise clearly across all key areas of the business to build alignment and gain approvals.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions on new ideas, new tools, new approaches to digital marketing programs.
  • Help in identifying opportunities for customer upsell, positioning in a way that is relevant as part of the adopt experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years experience in the relevant role.
  • Effective experience in marketing in a high-tech B2B environment a plus; B2C experience required.
  • Proficient experience in digital marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management,cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
