Marketing Manager

Caliber is looking for a Marketing Manager in Edinburgh, UK. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and implement a marketing strategy in accordance with budget and timeline.
  • Promote agency relationships with journalists and respond to requests from journalists.
  • Lead PR releases with the content team.
  • Head the logistics for trade shows, stand layout, etc. co-ordinate attendees and digital collateral.
  • Direct on the design of marketing materials to be given out at events.
  • Manage event budget.
  • Assure case studies are written, work with account teams to get information.
  • Ensure that key collateral is up to date.
  • Maintain & update marketing/case study copy on the Caliber website.
  • Maintain consistent positioning and messaging throughout the website.
  • Stay all consultants & trade bodies up to date with the latest information.
  • Design a set of central credentials for presentations – develop and keep up to date.
  • Manage all social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Regularly update award entry tables, write submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficient experience of digital paid promotion.
  • Proven experience of SEO tools, analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of other aspects of online marketing including PPC, online PR and paid social.
  • Effective marketing experience, either in-house marketing role or agency side.
  • Self-sufficient and able to use own initiative.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (particularly social) as well as traditional marketing.
  • A respected leader in multichannel content creation.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Solid team player – able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively.
  • The professional, confident and friendly manner in business situations.
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office.
  • Great ability to seek out opportunities through marketing.
