Job Responsibilities:
- Lead client marketing programs to reach agreed upon goals.
- Liaise regularly with program stakeholders, both internally.
- Assure successful/on-time completion of milestones, hand-offs.
- Improve and manage marketing program project plans.
- Manage regular client check-ins.
- Provide clear agendas and recaps.
- Reply to changing business circumstances as needed.
- Escalate when needed both to Yes Lifecycle Marketing team and client management.
- Recognize risk and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively identify or clarify issues, analyze challenges, and make recommendations on what to do and how/when to do it.
- Estimate project plans and addresses any issues with project owners.
- Report on project metrics and goals to senior management.
- Examine and resolve work problems pertaining to particular projects.
- Promote alternate solutions, assess their feasibility, and make recommendations based on the overall analysis.
- Create strong client relationships with all client contacts, internal and external.
- Develop clear understanding of client’s business.
- Provide executive summary check-ins as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, PMP Certification helpful.
- Minimum 3 years of previous project, program management or marketing operations experience.
- Effective marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in MS Office suite of products, including MS Project or Smart Sheets.
- Expert healthcare knowledge a plus but not required.
- Solid organization and managerial skills.
- Detail-oriented but also see the big picture.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Great ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while generating quality results and maintaining the integrity of the projects and programs.
- Ability to sufficiently communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and with client in an articulate, professional manner.
